APSA awards $4,000 to minority students planning to pursue PhDs in political science. One Native American, two Latino, and three African American fellows will be selected. The applicant must be in his/her senior year at the college or university level applying to a doctoral program in POLITICAL SCIENCE, or currently enrolled in a Master's program and applying to a doctoral program.
