The goal of the California Adolescent Nutrition and Fitness (CANFit) program is to improve the nutritional status and physical fitness of California’s low-income, multi-ethnic youth 10-14 years of age. A total of $10,000 in undergraduate and graduate scholarships is available for minority students expressing financial need who are studying nutrition, physical education, or culinary arts.
