The Department of Human Health and Services sponsors several undergraduate scholarship programs for American Indian/Alaska Native students enrolled in programs leading to careers in the health profession (including medicine, pharmacy, medical technology, dietetics, social work, physical therapy). Applicants must intend to service Native Americans upon completion of professional health care education.
